Once again we wish to express special appreciation to Mike Erickson, owner of Alaska Glacier Seafoods. which has purchased the fish caught in the derby since 2010. He not only pays top dollar for the fish, but he also contributes greatly to the derby by providing ice, equipment and man power to move fish on all of the docks, and personnel to clean the fish, all at no cost. His contributions have made it possible to put thousands more dollars into the scholarship fund. Once again, Alaska Glacier Seafoods is providing a vessel to receive scholarship fish in the South Shelter Island area Thanks, Mike!
